Joseph F. Snee Jr. is one of the leading real estate and development attorneys in Harford County, a reputation acquired as the result of more than three decades of legal service to the local community.

Mr. Snee has extensive experience in land use, real estate, landlord/tenant, business, construction, criminal, liquor license and litigation. Mr. Snee’s practice also involves considerable emphasis on government relations with Harford County and the State of Maryland.

He was appointed by former Governor William Donald Schaffer to the Maryland Environmental Services Board of Directors in 1994 and has been reappointed since, to subsequent four-year terms by Governors Glendening, Ehrlich and O’Malley. He has been involved in a variety of local charity and community efforts since the 1980’s. He also served as the campaign chairman for Harford County Circuit Court Judges Waldron, Marshall, Baldwin, Carr, Plitt, Eaves, Bowen, Curtain and Mahoney.

Outside the office, Joe is a huge fan of the Maryland Terrapins and Baltimore sports teams. He is married and the proud father of two.
